摘  要:目的观察自拟耳复康口服液对肾上腺素致急性血瘀症小鼠耳廓微循环障碍模型细静脉及细动脉的影响。方法将60只小鼠(KM)随机分为空白组,脑得生组,大、中、小剂量耳复康口服液组,用微循环仪观察正常小鼠给药后60 min耳廓微静脉、微动脉管径。注射肾上腺素造成耳廓微循环障碍,观察造模后2 min小鼠的耳廓微静脉、微动脉管径。结果大、中、小剂量耳复康口服液能不同程度地扩张或收缩正常小鼠微静脉、微动脉管径,和空白组相比并没有显著性的差异(P>0.05),大、中剂量耳复康口服液能改善肾上腺素导致的小鼠耳廓微循环障碍,与模型组相比微静脉、微动脉管径水平显著提高(P<0.01)。结论耳复康口服液可以改善肾上腺素致小鼠微循环障碍。Objective To observethe effect of self-developed Erfukang oral liquid on microcirculation of mice's auricle,i.e,fine vein and arteriole of the acute blood stasis mice induced by adrenaline.Methods Sixty KM mice were randomly divided into blank group,brain growing group,large,medium and small dose of Erfukang oral liquid group,and the microcirculation 60min after administered drugs,the auricle venule and the arteriole diameter of the normal mice were measured and observed by the microcirculation instrument.The microcirculation of auricle was induced by adrenaline injection,and the auricle,venule and arteriole diameter 2min after developed model were observed.Results Large,medium and small dose Erfukang oral liquid enhanced normal mice's venule and arteriolar diameters at different degree,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05),Erfukang oral liquid improved the adrenaline induced microcirculation disorder,compared with model group micro-vein,micro-artery diameter was significantly uplifted(P<0.01).Conclusion This oral liquid can improve the microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline in mice.
