摘 要:以武汉地铁六号线Ⅱ标段前进村站—马鹦路站区间隧道为工程背景,针对其上砂下黏且溶洞发育地层,运用有限差分软件FLAC 3D 5.0建立三维数值分析模型,考虑流固耦合效应,研究下伏溶洞对穿越上砂下黏地层盾构隧道管片受力的影响。结果表明:溶洞的存在造成了应力重分布,改变了管片内力的分布;随着溶洞顶与基岩面的距离、溶洞直径和溶洞充填率的增大,管片最大内力出现的位置逐渐向拱底移动;溶洞直径增至12.0 m时,隧道左侧拱腰管片出现最大剪力,此时管片结构可能已经破坏;溶洞充填率增至1.0时,隧道管片剪力和弯矩大幅增长。Taking Q ianjin village station-M aying road station interval tunnel of section II in Wuhan metro line 6 as the engineering background,in view of the stratum of the upper-sand and lower-clay and karst cave development the three-dimensional numerical analysis model was established by using f inite difference software FLAC 3D 5.0 and the inf luence of the underlying karst cave on the shield tunnel segment force passing through upper-sand and lower-clay stratum was studied through considering the f luid-solid coupling effect.The results show that the existence of karst cave causes the redistribution of stress and changes the distribution of the segment internal force,the position of the segment maximum internal force gradually moves to the bottom of the arch with the increase of the distance from karst cave roof to bedrock surface,the diameter and the f illing rate of the karst cave,the maximum shear force appears at the left arch waist segment of the tunnel and the structure of the segment may have been destroyed at this time when the karst cave diameter increases to 12.0 m,and the shear force and bending moment of the tunnel segment increases greatly when the f illing rate of the karst cave increases to 1.0.
