摘 要:针对风电制动器制动过程中制动闸片产生的摩擦磨损,借助有限元方法对制动过程中制动闸片的磨粒磨损进行有限元仿真.将制动盘/闸片相互作用的磨粒磨损过程简化为磨粒压入、滑移、卸载三个阶段,并根据磨损机理的不同将磨粒分为划擦型磨粒和刻划型磨粒.借助Rabinowicz单磨粒磨损模型分别推导出制动盘/闸片磨损过程中磨损量和划擦力的计算模型,并基于ABAQUS有限元软件分别对划擦型磨粒和刻划型磨粒制动过程中产生的磨粒磨损进行有限元仿真分析验证单磨粒磨损量和划擦力计算方法.Finite element method is used to simulate the friction and abrasive wear of brake pad during the braking process of wind turbine brake.The abrasive wear process of the brake disc/pad is simplified into three stages:abrasive pressing,sliding and unloading.According to the different wear mechanisms,the abrasive can be divided into two types which are scratch type abrasive and cutting type abrasive.The calculation model of wear amount and scratch force of the brake disc/pad is derived with the help of Rabinowicz single abrasive wear model.The finite element simulation analysis based on ABAQUS was carried out on the two types of abrasive wear during the braking process in order to verify the calculation method of single abrasive wear amount and scratch force.
