摘  要:基于Qu ECh ERS提取方法,用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水中14种常见除草剂,通过优化样品前处理条件,使14种除草剂在0.005 mg/L^0.500 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.99,方法检出限为0.005 mg/L。空白水样3个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为74.5%~109%,5次测定结果的RSD为3.9%~11.4%。将该方法用于测定长江流域3个重点城市的水体,结果为未检出。A multiresidue analyses method for the rapid determination of 14 herbicide residues in water samples was developed by using QuEChERS extraction and high performance liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).In the optimized QuEChERS conditions,the method had good linearity in the range of 0.005 mg/L^0.500 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.The lowest detection concentrations were all 0.005 mg/L.The spiked recoveries of blank samples were in the range of 74.5%~109%,and the relative standard deviation ranged from 3.9%to 11.4%.The results showed that the method was rapid,accurate and sensitive for the determination of 14 herbicide residues in water samples.
