摘 要:以整合视听连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)为指标,探讨箱庭疗法干预注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的效果.选取30名ADHD儿童,进行8次箱庭疗法干预.干预后ADHD儿童的多动次数明显减少,多动商数明显增加;其中注意力商数、控制力商数在干预前后差异显著;注意力维度的视觉速度商数、警醒商数、注意集中商数在干预前后差异均显著;控制力维度中,一致性商数和视觉谨慎商数在干预前后差异显著;正确率差异显著.箱庭疗法是干预ADHD儿童的有效方法,能够显著改善其控制力和注意力,对于视觉症状的改善效果要好于听觉.To explore the effect of Sandplay Therapy intervention on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),using the results of AVA continuous operation test(IVA-CPT)as indicators before and after intervention.30 children with ADHD were enrolled in the study.8 sessions sandplay therapy interventions were conducted.After the intervention,ADHD children significantly reduced the frequency of hyperactivity and increased the number of hyperactivity movements quotient;the attention quotient and the control quotient were significantly different before and after the intervention;The visual speed quotient,the vigilance quotient and the note concentrated quotient of attention dimension were significant different before and after the intervention t;the control dimension,the consistent quotient and the visual cautious quotient were significant different before and after the intervention;the correct rate was significantly different.Sandplay therapy is an effective method of intervention on children with ADHD,which can significantly improve their control and attention and improve the visual symptoms better than the auditory.
