摘　　要：党的十九大提出打开国门搞建设,积极推进"一带一路"国际合作。加强与作为"一带一路"重要节点的蒙古国的沟通,掌握其经济安全战略及政策走向,是我们推进中蒙发展的战略对接,与蒙古国多领域互利共赢务实合作的重要前提。蒙古国通过调整经济结构改善其经济领域存在的安全问题,摆脱矿业主导的发展模式,提高竞争力、减少对中俄的依赖,具体从均衡发展与中俄的经济合作、加大财政政策的调整与落实,促进货币政策有效发挥作用、加强能源出口通关能力,提高就地转换技术等四个方面做出调整。随如此但在短时期内不会对中蒙经贸合作产生影响。特别是中国"一带一路"与蒙古"发展之路"在理念、内容及利益上高度契合,合作的机遇远远大于挑战。The 19th CPC National Congress has proposed to open up the gateway of country for construction and actively promoted The Belt and Road international cooperation.And as an important node of The Belt and Road,the government should strength the communication with Mongolia and master its economic security strategy and policy direction,which is the important premise to advance the development strategy docking,and more win-win cooperation in the multi-field.In order to adjust the economic structure to improve the safety problems in the economic field,and get rid of the development mode of mining industry leading,and improve competitiveness and reduce dependence on Russia and China,Mongolia should develop evenly economic cooperation with China and Russia,increase the adjustment and implement of fiscal policy,promote effective monetary policy function,strengthen energy export customs clearance ability and improve the in-place conversion technology.This will not affect bilateral economic and trade cooperation in a short period of time.In particular,China's Belt and Road initiative is highly compatible with the concept,content and interests of Mongolia's Development Path.Therefore,the opportunities for cooperation far outweigh the challenges.
