摘 要:全域旅游对游艇旅游人才有跨行业人才、多元化、符合社会的实际需求的培养要求。结合舟山游艇旅游产业发展项目增多、游艇产业刚刚起步、尚未形成游艇产业链的现状,分析舟山游艇旅游人才需求特点和培养现状,提出对舟山游艇旅游人才培养应依托相关高校的旅游、航海等相关专业,开设游艇旅游管理专业,科学设置培养方案、加强教学内容的改革,实行工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,按岗位要求构建"教、学、做"一体化课程体系,加强"双师"结构教师队伍建设、打造一支高素质的教学团队,利用企业资源建设完善实训基地,实现学生与职业技术岗位"零距离"。The whole domain tourism requires yacht tourism professionals who are from various sectors with cross-industry background to meet the actual needs of the society.Zhoushan yacht tourism talent demand characteristics and the status quo of training are analyzedbased on the current situation of Zhoushan yacht tourism industry in terms of increaseddevelopment projects,just started yacht industry,and the not yet established yacht industry chain.The analysis concludes that the training of Zhoushan yacht tourism talentsshould rely on relevant universitiesinestablishing yacht tourism management majors,setting up scientific training plans,and in strengthening thereform of the teaching contents.In addition,training mode of school-enterprise cooperation forintegratinglearning and working should be conducted;a curriculum system integrating teaching,learning and doing should be constructed;a high-quality team of teachers who are competent in both teaching and working in enterprises should be build up.Finally,training basescould be constructed with the help of enterprise resources for preparing students to realize"zero distance"between learning and occupational posts.
