摘　　要：为了改善电烤箱异形云母发热板单面绕丝工艺中,人力成本高、工人劳动强度大、绕丝质量不稳定的问题,同时应对提高生产效率和生产线现代化改造的需求。开发了一种基于PLC控制的电烤箱异型云母板单面绕丝装置,实现了自动上料、循环自动绕丝、自动下料的功能。提高了绕丝工艺的自动化和效率,解决了上述所述传统工艺中遇到的问题。In order to improve the problem of high labor costs,large labor intensity,winding quality instability in electric-oven special-shaped mica heating plate single filament winding process,and improve the modernization of production efficiency,this paper develops an electric oven shaped mica plate winding single platform based in PLC control,and realizes the automatic feeding,automatic winding and automatic laying-off functions,improves the filament winding of automation and efficiency,and solves the problem of the problems in traditional process.
