摘　　要：设计了一种基于极化高压源以及电流测量模块的电容漏电流测量系统。极化高压源能够提供恒流充电、恒流恒功率放电的功能,电流测量模块能够测量微弱电流。同时研究了大电容负载下高压源的稳定性以及微弱电流测量中存在的问题,提出了解决方案。A system for capacitor leakage current measurement based on polarization high voltage source and current measure module is proposed in this paper.The high voltage source can provide constant current charging and constant current or constant power discharging function.The current measurement module can detect weak current.Simultaneously,the stability of high voltage source with large capacitance load and the problem existing in the weak current measurement are studied,the solution are proposed in this paper.
