摘　　要：2017年11月美国心脏学会、美国心脏病学会等学会联合发表了《2017美国成人高血压预防、检测、评估和管理指南》,本次更新变动大,尤其高血压病诊断截点及治疗目标下调,引发热议。国内外高血压病新的指南相继发布,为高血压领域带来新的信息及争议,也为国内高血压病管理带来启发。本文旨在解读《2017美国成人高血压预防、检测、评估和管理指南》重要更新内容,并阐述其对我国高血压病管理的影响。In November 2017,the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology(AHA/ACC)jointly issued the“2017 ACC/AHA Guideline for the Prevention,Detection,Evaluation,and Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults”.In this version,extensive changes have been made,especially the diagnostic cut-off point and the decline in therapeutic target of hypertension,which captivates widespread attention.Both domestic and international novel guidelines have been proposed subsequently,which add new information and intense debate regarding hypertension research and bring inspirations to the management of hypertension in China.This article aims to interpret the major changes and updates of the“2017 ACC/AHA Guideline for the Prevention,Detection,Evaluation,and Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults”and evaluate its effect upon the management of high blood pressure in China.
