摘 要:利用专业噪声测量设备及噪声频谱分析设备,对城市交通沿线既有住宅建筑室外声环境噪声级和噪声频谱进行监测,深入分析各类城市交通沿线既有住宅建筑室外声环境噪声特征,为既有住宅隔声降噪设计提供理论支持。经分析,城市高架复合道路交通噪声、轨道交通噪声、飞机噪声、飞机与高架道路复合噪声源噪声的频谱特征基本相同。因此,适用于其中某类交通沿线既有住宅的隔声降噪改造技术在其他类交通沿线既有住宅隔声降噪改造中也将具有较好的适用性。To provide a theoretical support for the acoustic noise reduction design of the residential buildings,the noise level and the noise spectrum of the outdoor acoustic environment of the residential buildings near the urban traffic lines are monitored and the noise characteristics are analyzed.According to the results,it is found that the spectrum characteristics of the overhead road traffic noise,the rail traffic noise and the aircraft-traffic combined noise are basically the same.Thus,it can be concluded that the acoustic noise reduction technology applied to the existing residential buildings along these urban traffic lines is also applicable to the buildings along the other traffic lines.
