摘　　要：文章通过对包钢型布料器的工作原理以及在包钢7#高炉炉顶布料器的应用情况做了简要说明,分析了布料器寿命短的原因,并对布料器改进前后的性能特点进行了比较,介绍了新型布料器(秦冶布料器)在7#高炉的更换过程,更换后的布料器达到了高炉按角度布料的要求,对高炉的稳定顺产起到了积极作用。The paper briefly explains the working principle of Baotou Steel distributor and its application in No.7 blast furnace top distributor of Baotou Steel.The reason for the short life of distributor is analyzed,and the performance characteristics before and after improvement of distributor are studied.The replacement process of the new distributor(Qin Ye distributor)in No.7 blast furnace is introduced.After the replacement,the distributor reaches the requirements of angle burden distribution in blast furnace,which plays a positive role in stable and smooth production of blast furnace.
