摘  要:文章分析了某炼钢厂循环水系统水质状况、存在问题,通过试验研究了循环水对碳钢腐蚀、结垢影响,分析了循环水系统提高浓缩倍数的可行性。通过试验研究提出循环水系统优化运行参数,结合炼钢厂现场实际情况提出了可行的节水减排措施。The paper analyzes the water quality and existing problems of circulating water system in a Steel-melting Plant.Through experiments,the influence of circulating water on corrosion and scaling of carbon steel is studied,and the feasibility of increasing the concentration multiple of circulating water system is analyzed.The optimized operation parameters of the circulating water system are put forward through experimental study,and the feasible measures for water-saving and emission reduction are put forward based on the actual situation on site in Steel-melting Plant.
