摘 要:文章研究了不同卷取温度对高强度工程机械用钢BT600MC显微组织和力学性能的影响。在冶轧实验室,采用控轧控冷工艺轧制化学成分基本相同的3块钢坯,最终卷取温度分别控制在500℃、550℃和600℃,将轧制后的钢板放到模拟卷取炉保温2 h,自然降温。实验结果表明:当卷取温度为600℃时,铁素体晶粒更为细小均匀,实验钢的综合力学性能较佳。The effect of different coiling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength engineering mechanical steel BT600MC is studied.In the smelting and rolling laboratory,three rolling billets with the same chemical composition are rolled by controlled rolling and cooling process,and the final coiling temperature is controlled at 500℃,550℃,and 600℃respectively,and after rolling,the steel plates are placed in the simulated coiling furnace for 2 h,and the temperature is cooled naturally.The experimental results show that when the coiling temperature is 600℃,the ferrite grain is more fine and uniform,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of experimental steels are better.
