摘　　要：文章介绍了无缝厂步进式加热炉控制系统的改造,原有的西门子S5系统设备陈旧、故障率高、通讯复杂、程序可读性差、维护困难。改造后采用西门子S7-300控制器,通用性好、控制精度高,编程采用STEP7+WINCC方式,程序采用模块化的编程方式,结构清晰、扩展性强、易于维护。In the paper,it is introduced the transformation of control system for walking beam furnace in Seamless Plant.The old Siemens S5 system has outdated equipment,high failure rate,complicated communication,poor programmed readability and is difficult to maintain.After the transformation,Siemens S7-300 controller is used,which has good versatility and high control precision.The programming adopts STEP7+WINCC mode,and the program adopts modular programming mode with clear structure,strong expansibility and is easy to maintain.
