摘　　要：提出了一种临近空间预警监视系统——平流层飞艇综合脉冲孔径雷达(SIAR)系统,研究了平流层飞艇载雷达系统的作战任务和对抗低空、超低空突防目标和反隐身目标的作战能力。This paper puts forward a near space early warning and surveillance system---stratospheric airship-board synthetic impulse aperture radar(SIAR)system,studies the operational tasks and capabilities of stratospheric airship-board radar system to low altitude and ultra-low altitude penetration targets&anti-stealth targets.
