摘  要:阐述了S波段小型化接收通道工作原理,并对设计方案与测试结果进行了分析。仿真软件仿真腔体谐振,通过合理设计腔体结构能够保证腔体谐振点远离所用频率范围。在设计中采用了薄膜体声波谐振滤波器、声表面波滤波器、微波单片集成电路有源芯片及微组装薄膜工艺来实现通道小型化。测试结果表明,该S波段小型化接收通道增益大于50dB,噪声系数小于3dB,本振抑制大于60dBc,中频信号谐波抑制大于40dBc。整个接收通道尺寸仅为28mm×20mm×5mm,其性能优异且集成度高,小型化优势明显。This paper expounds the operating principle of S-band miniaturized receiving channel,analyzes the designscheme and test result.Cavity resonance is simulated through simulative soft-ware,and the cavity resonance point can be ensured far from the used frequency range by designing reasonable cavity structure.In order to realize theminiaturization,thin film bulk acoustic resonator filter,surface acoustic wave filter,microwave monolithic integrated circuit active chip and micropackage thin film technique are adopted in the design.The test results show that the gain of S-band miniaturized receiving channel is more than 50 dB,the noise figure is less than 3.0 dB,the suppression of local oscillator is more than 60 dBc and the suppression of intermediate frequency signal harmonic is more than 40 dBc.The size of the whole receiving channel is only 28 mm×20 mm×5 mm,which has perfect performances and high integration.Thus its advantage of the miniaturization is much obvious.
