摘 要:为了获得矿山开采物理模型的湿度,研制出一种采用聚酰亚胺薄膜材料涂敷的光纤布拉格(Bragg)光栅湿度传感器。提出了聚酰亚胺溶液与光纤Bragg光栅的耦合方法,采用提拉法涂敷制作湿度监测的光纤Bragg湿度传感器(PFBG),进行湿度范围20%~90%RH的标定。物理模型材料在环境温度35℃,湿度35%~65%条件下的试验,得出了增湿和降湿过程中内部湿度达到相对平衡的稳态时间,以及引起的温度变化规律。试验表明,增湿过程,模型内部温度和湿度达到稳态的时间相近;降湿过程,模型内部湿度达到稳态的时间是温度达到稳态时间的2.5倍。在模型内外湿度差相同情况下,模型内部增湿响应速率是降湿速率3倍;外界湿度变化30%RH,模型内部温度变化2.3℃.其研究成果有助于认识物理相似模型干燥过程和确定干燥时间。In order to obtain the humidity of the physical similarity model,a fiber Bragg grating humidity sensor was developed,which was coated polyimide film materials.A novel coupling method between polyimide(PI)solution and fiber Bragg grating was put forward,and the czochralski method was applied to fabricate the optical fiber Bragg humidity sensor,which was calibrated in climatic chamber with the humidity range of 20%~90%RH.Physical model material was tested at a constant temperature(35℃)and humidity in the range of 35%~65%RH,and the steady time and temperature variation within the model in the process of drying was obtained.Tests showed that,in the external humidification process,the time of the internal temperature and humidity of the model materials reaching a relatively stable state is similar.But in the external dehumidification process,the time required for the internal humidity reaching a steady-state is 2.5 times the internal temperature.In the situation where the relative humidity difference inside and outside the model are identical,the rate response of humidification is 3 times that of dehumidification.When the environmental humidity changes 30%RH,the temperature inside the model changes 2.3℃.The research results can be used to understand the rule of the physical similarity model drying process and estimate the drying time.
