摘 要:混凝土管片及其径向接头的横向弯曲刚度直接影响到管片衬砌的弯矩分布。当混凝土管片的混凝土强度等级、主筋面积和接头连接螺栓的面积已知时,建立了混凝土管片和接头的极限弯矩计算模型。基于混凝土梁弯曲时截面变形假定,解析推导得到管片和接头的极限曲率表达式。分别定义了混凝土管片和接头的有效弯曲刚度及其弯曲刚度比,提出了混凝土管片接头有效弯曲刚度比的解析计算模型。分别参考北京地铁4#、东莞至惠州城际轨道交通工程某穿越东江水下隧道和上海地铁13#线隧道的工程参数,计算管片接头有效弯曲刚度和管片弯曲刚度的比值并进行对比。研究表明,管片接头有效弯曲刚度和管片弯曲刚度比在9%到11%之间,管片接头在衬砌中可以近似简化为铰接形式来进行内力计算。利用ANSYS软件建立等刚度管片环与铰接管片环模型,对比结果显示管片接头的存在使管片最大弯矩减小,弯矩分布发生很大变化。利用等刚度模型和铰接模型进行的内力计算可指导管片配筋,为工程提供参考。The transverse flexural rigidities of segments and joints have an important influence on internal force distribution of segmental ring.Computing models for ultimate bending moments of concrete segments and joints are proposed when the concrete strength grade,the area of the main reinforcement and the area of the connecting bolt are known.The ultimate curvatures of concrete segments and joints,are analytically derived based on similarity criterions of strains in beam section.The effective flexural rigidity models of segments and joints are analytically proposed.Reference the engineering parameters of the Beijing Metro Line 4,Dongguan to Huizhou intercity rail transit project through the Dongjiang tunnel and Shanghai Metro Line 13 tunnel to calculate the effective bending stiffness of the joints and segments and have a comparison between both.The investigation shows that the effective flexural rigidity ratio between segment joint and intact segments ranges from 9%to 11%.The segment joint can be simplified as a hinge in internal force computing of segment lining ring.ANSYS software was used to establish equal stiffness model and hinged model.The results of comparison show that the maximum bending moment of the segment decreases and the distribution of bending moment changes greatly.The calculation of internal forces using equal stiffness model and hinged model can guide the reinforcement of the segment and provide a reference for the project.
