摘  要:目的探讨高血脂对单肾和双肾大鼠肾功能的影响。方法大鼠右侧肾脏切除术制造单肾模型。4%胆固醇、10%猪油、0.2%甲硫氧嘧啶或丙硫氧嘧啶,86%基础饲料饲养制作高血脂,一月后测其血脂水平,将达标大鼠分为单肾高血脂组(DKG)和双肾高血脂组(DKN),分别观察体重、检验血常规和血清胱抑素C、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)和24h尿蛋白定量(24 h-u-pro)以及尿微量白蛋白(M-TP)。结果两组血常规、BUN、Scr、Cys-C、24 h-u-pro差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),DKG组UA低于DKN组,M-TP高于DKN组(P<0.05)。结论高血脂对单肾和双肾大鼠的肾功能损害无明显差异,但M-TP指标可能反映单肾患者肾功损害,应予重视。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperglycemia on renal function of rats with single kidney or double kidneys. Methods A single kidney rat model was established by using right nephrectomy.The hyperlipidemia was established by feeding 4%cholesterol,10%lard,0.2%oxygen pyrimidine or propylthiouracil and 86%basic feed.After one month,the blood lipid level was measured.The rats were divided into experimental group(DKG)and the control group(DKN).Body weight,routine blood examination and urinary inhibition C,BUN,Scr,UA,M-TP and 24 h urine trace albumin were observed. Results There was no significant differences in the routine blood examination,BUN,Scr,UA,Cys-C and 24 h urine trace albumin between the two groups(P>0.05).However,UA was lower and M-TP was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperglycemia has no significant effect on the renal function between rats with single kidney or double kidneys.However,M-TP may indicate there is damage in renal function of patients with single kidney.An attention should be given.
