摘　　要：目的了解成都市苏坡社区老年人高血压患病现状及影响因素,为制订高血压防控策略提供科学依据。方法2016年1~12月,采用自编问卷和现场体格检查的方法,收集了4169例社区老年人的健康资料并进行多因素分析。结果苏坡社区老年人高血压患病率为54.2%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、饮酒、饮食习惯、BMI、血脂和腰围为高血压的危险因素,锻炼频率为保护因素。结论该社区老年人高血压患病情况严重,应加强对社区老年人高血压的干预与健康管理。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of hypertension among elderly people in the SUPO community of Chengdu city and provide scientific evidence for the development of hypertension prevention and control strategy. Methods From January to December 2016,a self-compiled questionnaire and on-site physical examination were used to collect the health data of 4169 community elderly people.Single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis were used to analyze the risk factors.Results The prevalence of hypertension in SUPO community was 54.2%.Logistic regression analysis revealed that age,alcohol consumption,eating habits,BMI,blood lipid and waist circumference were risk factors for high blood pressure,and the frequency of exercise was protective.Conclusion The high blood pressure in this community is serious,and the intervention and health management should be strengthened.
