右美托咪定应用于认知功能障碍患者磁共振检查的镇静效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定在认知功能障碍患者磁共振检查中的临床应用和安全性。方法将40例存在认知功能障碍并需行磁共振检查的患者分为两组各20例,分别应用靶控静脉泵入右美托咪定和持续人为安慰制动的方法下实施磁共振检查,比较组间磁共振检查的完成率、检查中躁动发生率、检查完成时间,同时动态观察右美托咪定用药前、检查中及检查后的心率、呼吸频率、血压及血氧饱和度变化情况。结果两组患者磁共振检查完成率、检查中躁动发生率、检查完成时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),右美托咪定组用药前、检查中及检查后的心率、收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率和血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定用于磁共振检查的镇静治疗安全有效,可作为伴有认知功能障碍患者镇静用药选择。Objective To evaluate the sedative efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine in patients with cognitive impairment during examination of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Forty patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups.In one group(n=20),patients were examined under dexmedetomidine sedation(dexmedetomidine group)and in other group(n=20),patients were examined with comfort braking method(control group).The cooperation rate and completion rate were compared between the two groups.The changes of patient physiological parameters including respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and oxygen saturation(SpO 2)before,during and after the examination were observed in the dexmedetomidine group.There was a significant difference in the rates of cooperation and completion between the two groups(P<0.05).For the dexmedetomidine group,no significant difference in the SBP,DBP,HR,RR and SpO 2 were observed before,during and after the examination(P>0.05).For patients with cognitive impairment,dexmedetomidine is effective and safe in the examination of MRI.
