聚焦解决模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应对方式及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者应对方式及生活质量的影响,为拓展COPD患者护理干预方法提供参考。方法选择2014年4月至2016年6月收治的COPD患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组给予包括健康教育、心理支持、用药指导、并发症预防及处理等常规护理干预,观察组联合应用聚焦解决模式干预,随访6个月,比较两组患者的应对方式及生活质量。结果观察组面对、回避、屈服评分增加值或减少值均超过目标构建值,且明显高于对照组(P<0.01);躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能评分增加值均超过目标构建值,且明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式有助于提高COPD患者积极面对行为,规避回避、屈服等消极应对行为,能改善患者生活质量。To investigate the effect of solution focused approach on coping style and life quality of patients with COPD.We selected 112 patients with COPD from April 2014 to June 2016 as study population.The patients were randomly divided into observation or control group.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention including health education,psychological support,guidelines,nutritional intervention,and complications prevention while the observation group received the routine nursing intervention combined with solution focused approach.The patients were followed up for 6 months.The coping styles and life quality were compared between the two groups.The observation group showed more added or reduce value of face,avoid and yield than target value,and was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The added or reduce value of body pain,mental health,emotional function,and social function was more than target value,and significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Solution focused approach can help to improve the positive behaviors,avoid the negative coping behaviors,and improve the life quality.
