摘 要:目的探讨手术室护士工作投入程度与护理质量的相关性,并分析影响工作投入的相关因素,以激发护士工作积极性和提高护理质量。方法采用Utrecht工作投入量表(UWES)调查60例手术室护士的工作投入程度,根据UWES量表得分分为高投入组和低投入组,比较两组的护理质量。采用Pearson相关分析投入程度与护理质量的关系。多因素Logistics回归分析探讨工作投入程度的相关影响因素。结果 60例护士的UWES量表平均得分为(60.29±8.11)分。高投入组的护理管理、术前工作、术中配合、术后工作和终末质量五方面以及总分均高于低投入组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析UWES量表评分与护理质量评分成负向相关(r=-0.684,P=0.027)。Logistics回归分析显示UWES量表评分与年龄、职称、夜班次数和护龄有关。结论工作投入程度越高,护理质量越高;年龄、职称、夜班次数和护龄是影响手术室工作投入程度的独立危险因素。To investigate the relationship between the work engagement and the nursing quality,and to explore the relative factors in order to stimulate the nurse work enthusiasm and improve the quality of nursing.Sixty nurses work engagement was tested by Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES).They were divided into high score and low score group according to UWES results.The nursing quality was compared between the two groups.The relationship between work engagement and the nursing quality was analyzed by Pearson analysis,and the related risk factors were analyzed by Logistics regression analysis.The UWES average score was 60.29±8.11 for the 60 nurses.The scores of nursing management,preoperative work,intraoperative coordination,postoperative work,terminal quality and total scores in the high UWES score group were higher than those in the low UWES score group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that UWES scores were negatively correlated to nursing quality scores(r=0.684,P=0.027).The Logistics regression analysis showed that age,professional title,numbers of night shift and nursing age were the independent risk factors for nursing quality.The higher degree of work involvement leads to higher nursing quality.Age,job title,numbers of night shift and nursing age are independent risk factors for work involvement in operating room.
