摘 要:以职称作为医生人力质量调整的依据,运用基尼(Gini)系数和泰尔(Theil)指数对上海区县医生与居民的空间匹配均衡开展分析,并对调整前后的医生与居民的空间匹配均衡状况进行比较。结果显示,社区卫生服务中心医生与居民的空间匹配均衡明显优于区县医生整体分布的均衡性,与近年来国家促进社区卫生服务均衡化的政策导向一致;进行医生人力质量调整后,均衡性状况有所弱化,反映出对医生吸引力弱的区域,对优质医生的吸引力更弱。The paper used Gini coefficient and the Theil index to analyze space match between doctors and residents in Shanghai based on the basis of professional title as doctors manpower quality adjustment,and compared distribution equity of doctors in counties and districts of Shanghai,and compared space match balance status between doctors and residents before and after adjusting.The results showed that space match balance of overall distribution between doctors and residents in community service centers were better than that in districts and counties.It was accordance with the policy orientation of promoting community health service equalization in resent year.After adjusting doctors manpower quality,equalization was weaken.It reflected that was more weakness attraction to excellent doctors in weak attraction regions.
