摘 要:塔中志留系低孔、低渗特低渗储层物性差,自然条件下油气产能低,实施酸压和加砂压裂改造后,油井初期增产效果十分明显,但产量下降较快,有效期短,采出程度低。重复改造是主力油田进入中高含水期后老井挖潜和提高采收率的重要治理措施,由于影响重复改造效果的因素较多,重复改造选井存在着诸多不确定性和复杂性,因此采用灰色关联理论研究了塔中志留系低渗透砂岩储层重复改造效果的影响因素及其影响程度,采用多元回归法建立了产能预测模型。利用产能预测模型对塔中志留系低渗透砂岩储层8口井进行了产能预测,结果表明预测产能与实际产能的相对误差仅为7.79%,处在工程允许的误差范围内。塔中志留系储层的现场实践也表明,运用该方法选择的重复改造井压后增产3.0倍,稳产时间增长80天。该方法能够为低渗透油气藏的重复改造选井提供参考和借鉴,达到提质增效的目的。The properties of the low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir in Silurian reservoirs in Tazhong area are bad and the natural productivity is not high.After acidizing and fracturing,the primary effect is very obvious,but the production decreases rapidly.Therefore,the effective period is short and the recovery is lower.Re-stimulation is one of the most effective ways to tap potentials and enhances recovery of existing wells during the medium-high water cut stage.In this respect,selection of candidate wells is essential for successful re-stimulation.In accordance with the grey correlation theory,the influencing factors for performance of re-stimulation in the Silurian low-permeability sandstone reservoirs of Tazhong area and their impacts are discussed.Through multiple regression,the productivity forecast model has been constructed.The productivity forecast model was used to forecast the productivities of 8 wells in Silurian low-permeability sandstone reservoirs of Tazhong area.The results show that the relative error between the predicted productivity and the actual productivity is only 7.79%,which is within the allowable extent.Field applications also reveal that the wells selected by using the proposed technique have their productivities enhanced by 3.0 times and with the stable production period of 80 days after re-stimulation.In conclusion,the proposed technique can provide reliable references for selection of candidate wells for repeated stimulation in low-permeability reservoirs to achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
