摘　　要：哲学研究从认识论向语言哲学的转向,构成了二十世纪西方法理学思考最重要的哲学基础。在这种理论思潮的背景下,法理学巨匠H.L.A.哈特成功地将维特根斯坦的"语言游戏论"引入到法理学,促成了二十世纪西方法理学的"语用学转向"。哈特的方法论特色是中国法理学最为宝贵的资源,同时法理学语言学视域的开启对中国法理学研究也具有深远的借鉴意义。Linguistic turn from epistemology to linguistic philosophy constitutes the most important philosophy thinking foundation in 20th century western Jurisprudence.Under the background of this kind of theory current of thought H.L.A.Hart,the master of western Jurisprudence,succeeded in applying the theory of language game advocated by Wittgenstein into the research of Jurisprudence and caused the pragmatic turn of 20th century western Jurisprudence.Hart’s methodology is one of the most precious resources in Chinese Jurisprudence research,so our Jurisprudence research should learn and benefit from it.
