中医经络检测仪在心脾两虚证失眠患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:利用中医经络检测仪对心脾两虚证失眠患者进行检测,研究其经络特点,并进行中医特色护理。方法:选取60例符合心脾两虚证失眠患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上根据经络检测特点加用中医特色护理方法。观察比较两组的睡眠质量。结果:观察组的睡眠质量指标较对照组改善,经过比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于经络特征的中医特色护理方法能够有效的改善心脾两虚证失眠患者的睡眠质量。Objective:Using the TCMmeridian detector to detect the deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome insomnia patients,study it,s meridian characteristics,and to carry out special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 60 patients with the deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome insomnia patients were randomly divided into control group 30 patients and research group 30 patients.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the research group was based on the characteristics of the meridian detection and the nursing method of traditional Chinese medicine.Observe the sleep quality of the two groups.Result:The sleep quality index of the research group was improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method of traditional Chinese medicine based on meridian characteristics can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with the deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome insomnia.
