摘  要:目的:了解南宁市青秀区金洲社区卫生服务中心心脑血管系统疾病患者对食疗防治作用于心脑血管系统疾病的认知度和需求情况。从中探索和讨论对于社区居民来说简单易行且科学的防治心脑血管系统疾病的食疗养生方式。方法:对广西壮族自治区南宁市金洲社区卫生服务中心158名就诊人员进行了面对面问卷调查。结果:社区心脑血管系统疾病患者对食疗防治心脑血管系统疾病的认知度总体偏低,实际施行率较低。结论:应该加强对食疗综合防治心脑血管系统疾病知识的普及和宣传,提供科学有效的食疗防治方案,提高社区心脑血管系统疾病患者对食疗防治心脑血管系统疾病的认知和需求,并积极采取不同的行动进行普及。Objective:To investigate the cognitive and demand of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with cardio-cerebrovascular system disease in Nanning Aching Community Health Service Center.To explore and discuss for the community residents simple and scientific treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of the diet regimen.Methods:A face-to-face questionnaire was conducted on the medical staff of the 158 in Nanning Jinzhou Community Health Service center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Results:Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system disease in the community had lower cognitive level and lower actual implementation rate in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Conclusion:We should strengthen the knowledge of the prevention and cure of cardio-cerebrovascular system,and provide scientific and effective therapeutic program to improve the cognition and demand of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and take different actions to popularize it.
