摘 要:本文以晋中学院2016级生物科学和生物技术专业学生采集并制作的植物腊叶标本为材料,通过对植物标本采集数据的整理,发现本次实习共采集植物腊叶标本480份,212种,分属62科,采集重复数为1的物种占总采集物种的13.68%,而采集重复数为2和3的物种占总采集物种的比例接近50%,说明大部分植物标本存在被重复采集的情况。在5个采集点中,采集的物种主要集中在八水沟、八道沟2个采集点,其中蔷薇科、毛茛科、菊科是最多采集的科,共59种,占总采集种数的27.83%。分析发现,学生采集的标本数与采集地先后顺序、实习要求、海拔高度有很大关系。This paper used plant specimen collected and made by Jinzhong college 2016 class biological science and technology professional students as the material,through the data of plant specimen collected,it is found that in the collected 480 plant specimens,212 species,belonging to 62 families,collection repeat number 1 species accounted for 13.68%of the total species collected,collection repeat number 2 and 3 species accounted for nearly 50%of the total species collected,this showed most plant specimens has been collected repeatedly.In five collection places,the collected species were mainly concentrated on Badaogou and Bashuigou,plant specimen of rosaceae,ranunculaceae,compositae,a total of 59 species,accounting for 27.83%of the total collected species.The analysis showed that the number of specimens collected by students was related to the sequence,the requirement of practice and the altitude.
