摘　　要：以2016年蹦床杯上海站我国蹦床运动员参赛过程中自选成套动作出现中断为分析对象,运用文献资料和视频分析等研究方法,对比赛视频资料做了具体分析和统计,得出运动员中断动作的基本技术特征。目的是为减少我国蹦床运动员在训练和比赛中成套动作的失败,提高运动员成套动作的成功率;同时,为我国蹦床项目的稳定发展和理论方向的不断完善提供可行建议。Taking the interruption of Chinese trampoline athletes in 2016 trampoline cup Shanghai Station as the analysis object,using the research methods of literature research and video analysis,detailed analysis and statistics of the competition video materials are made and basic technical characteristics of the athletes'interruptions are obtained,which aims to reduce the failure of Chinese trampoline athletes in training and competition,and to improve the success rate of complete sets of movements of Chinese trampoline athletes.At the same time,it provides feasible suggestions for the steady development of trampoline project and continuous improvement of theory.
