里约奥运会世界女篮技术分析与启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法、秩和比法与优劣解距离法等方法对里约奥运会女篮12支参赛队的进攻技术与防守技术指标统计进行分析。结果显示:美国队综合技术隶属于A级水平;土耳其队、法国队、澳大利亚队、塞尔维亚队、西班牙队、加拿大队隶属于B级水平;白俄罗斯队、巴西队、中国队、日本队、塞内加尔队隶属于C级水平。中国女篮与世界强队技术对比存在显著差距,应依据实践出发,结合中国女篮的技术特点,制定技术发展新思路、战术应用新策略、心智培养新风标与良性竞争人才选拔新路径,旨在不断缩小与世界强队差距。Using the method of literature,video observation,TOPSIS and RSR,this paper makes analyze 12 women basketball teams in Rio Olympic Games.The results show that the United States belonging to Grade A;Turkey,France,Australia,Serbia,Spain,Canadas belonging to Grade B;Belarus,Brazil,China,Japan,Senegal team belonging to Grade C.There is a gap between Chinese women basketball team and world top teams,Combined with the technical characteristics of Chinese women basketball team,formulated a new way of technical development of"fast,accurate,rush,grab,hit and break",four 3 pointer tactics and full court press tacticswomen volleyball spirit"train psychology and intelligence,and the new path of selecting healthy competition talents,continue to narrow the gap with the worlds top teams.
