对“研究与教学统一”原则的重审与重申——新建本科院校为应用型人才培养而研究与教学

摘　　要：研究与教学对于任何一所高校都不可或缺,无论是传统本科院校还是新建本科院校。但要实现两者的结合却绝非易事,将两者合而为一更是难以企及,若将教学统一于研究或者将研究统一于教学又会明显弱化其中一方。在研究与教学的关系问题上,新建本科院校的教学与科研统一之路不同于传统本科院校,其统一的目的、内容、方法、途径和重心都具有"新建"的特点,应以应用型人才培养为目标,以本科教育教学为中心,强调科学研究的教育性以及教育教学的研究性,教育教学和科学研究共同服务于应用型人才培养,并建立服务于应用型人才培养的教学科研管理制度。如此,新建本科院校才有可能把后发变成一种优势,把潜在优势转化成发展能力,并最终铸造出自己的"新建"特色。Research and teaching are indispensable for any university,whether it is a traditional university or a newly-built one.But it is not easy to realize the combination of the two,because either unifying teaching in research or unifying research in teaching will significantly weaken the other.On the relationship between research and teaching,the way to unify the teaching and scientific research of the newly-built universities is different from that of traditional universities.The purpose,content,method,way and focus of unification have the characteristics of unew,J,and it should aim at the training of applied talents,take the teaching of undergraduates as the center,and emphasize the educational nature of scientific research and the research nature of teaching.Education and scientific research together serve the training of applied talents,and a management system of teaching and scientific research for the training of applied talents should be established.In this way,it is possible for newly-built universities to turn the backwardness into an advantage,transform potential advantages into development capabilities,and finally ereate their own“new”characteristics.
