摘　　要："十三五"规划期间,江西省将步入工业化中后期,是江西省进入经济发展的重要战略机遇期。高校是人才培养的基石,为经济发展提供高精尖人才,是经济转型升级的基础。江西省高等教育要从国家经济发展对人才的需求出发,优化人才培养结构,建立人才需求的监测预报机制,密切高校专业设置和企业、行业的联系,为社会主义市场经济发展提供强有力的人力和智力支持,建立和健全高校人才培养与经济发展的耦合机制,培育高质量人才,适应社会经济发展需要。In the"13th Five-Year"planning period,Jiangxi province will enter the middle and late stage of industrialization,which is an important strategic opportunity for the economic development of Jiangxi province.It's the lack of market demand existing in the economic development of Jiangxi Province and the problem of structural overcapacity and so on that promote the supply side structural reforms,which has been urgent.Colleges and universities are the cornerstone of talent training,and provide high quality talents for economic development,which is the basis of economic transformation and upgrading.Higher education in Jiangxi province should start from the demand for talents in the national economic development,optimize the structure of personnel training,set up the monitoring and forecasting mechanism of talent demand,and closely link the professional setup of universities with enterprises and industries,provide strong human and intellectual support for the development of socialist market economy,establish and improve the coupling mechanism of talent training and economic development,cultivate highquality talents so as to meet the needs of social and economic development.
