摘 要:在环境荷载与行车荷载共同作用下,传统的混凝土桥面板易开裂产生裂缝,进而导致桥面板内部钢筋的锈蚀与剥离,造成其耐久性与使用寿命的降低。对于混凝土修补工程来说,大约一半的修补最终都失败,需要多次修补。为解决桥面板修复难题,提出将新型高延性水泥基复合材料(ECC,Engineered Cementitious Composites)应用于桥面铺装工程中。ECC具有3%~5%的拉伸应变能力,可将裂缝开裂宽度控制在60μm以下,这些特性它比较容易克服桥面板的混凝土断裂、钢筋锈蚀、盐垢、冻融破坏等病害问题。ECC在桥面板实体工程中的应用情况验证了它是桥面铺装修复的理想材料。Under the combined effect of environmental load and traffic load,traditional concrete deck slab is easy to crack,which in turn leads to corrosion and stripping of the steel bars inside the bridge deck slab,causing decrease in its durability and service life.As for concrete repair works,about 50%of them eventually fail requiring multiple repairs.In order to solve the problem of bridge deck slab repair,a new type of high-ductility engineered cementitious composites(ECC)is proposed to be applied in bridge deck pavement project.ECC has a tensile strain capacity of 3%to 5%and is able to control the crack width within 60μm,which make it easier to overcome the disease problems of bridge deck slab such as concrete cracks,corrosion of reinforcement,salt crust,freeze-thaw damage,etc.The application of ECC in entity project of bridge deck slab can prove that ECC is an ideal material for repairing bridge deck pavement.
