摘　　要：为改善长大隧道二次衬砌施作中的工作环境,提高二次衬砌施作效率,在传统模板台车的基础上进行技术改进,形成无骨架模板台车,增大了台车的净空面积和模板刚度,改善了隧道内现场作业环境,在渝黔铁路天坪隧道二次衬砌施作应用效果良好,可在其它隧道推广应用。In order to improve the construction working environment of secondary lining of long tunnel and increase the efficiency of construction and operation of secondary lining,the frameless formwork trolley is formed through technical improvement on the basis of traditional formwork trolley.As a result,the clearance area and formwork rigidity are increased and the field operation environment in the tunnel is improved.Its application effect in construction and operation of secondary lining of Tianping Tunnel of Yu-Qian Railway is good.Therefore,it can be promoted to other tunnels.
