摘　　要：液氨具有强腐蚀性、毒性,常以液态形式储存,使用过程中若管控不力极易发生泄漏中毒事故甚至发生火灾、爆炸事故。为帮助企业进行风险分级管控,预测各类事故发生后可能造成的影响,指导企业做好应急救援、应急物资、装备的准备工作。以北京某农副产品市场为例,利用挪威船级社的DNV-GL safeti-phast软件,对其制冷时使用的危险品液氨进行了泄漏、火灾、爆炸等类事故的模拟和分析,得出了在不同天气条件下发生不同灾害的影响范围,划分了不同影响区域。Liquid ammonia is highly corrosive and toxic.It is often stored in liquid form.If it is not well controlled in use,it will easily leak and even fire or explosion.In order to help enterprises carry out risk classification control,predict the possible impact of various accidents,guide enterprises to do a good job of emergency rescue,emergency supplies,equipment preparation.Taking the market of a agricultural and sideline product in Beijing as an example,using the DNV-GL safeti-phast software of Norway Classification Society,the simulation and analysis of the leakage,fire,explosion and other accidents of the dangerous products used in the refrigeration are carried out,and the range of different disasters under different weather conditions is obtained,and the different affected areas are divided.
