摘 要:为了研究镐齿锥角对其截割性能的影响,选取五种轮廓相同、顶部圆锥体角度不同的截齿进行比较分析,建立五种不同形状镐形截齿的结构模型,利用有限元分析的方法在同样载荷作用下对各个截齿进行分析,通过分析各截齿的变形位移及应力分布,获得每种截齿工作时各点应力大小和易受损的位置,为正确选择和合理设计截齿结构形状以及改进截齿的结构设计、改善镐形截齿的受力提供了重要依据、从而提高截齿工作的可靠性和使用寿命。In order to study the cutting performance and the effect of point-attack pick cone Angle.selected and analyzed five cutters that tooth profile is the same,but different in the cone Angle,set up five different pick shape cutter tooth structure models,using the method of finite element analysis made an analysis of the cutter tooth under the same load.it is concluded that the deformation of stress distribution and displacement diagram,master the points for each pick work stress size and the location of the damage,the conclusion is important for the correct selection and reasonable design of cutter tooth structure and improve the design of the cutter tooth,increase the stress of the cutter tooth pick shape,improving the working reliability of the cutter tooth and provides important basis for service life.
