摘 要:研究不同热处理工艺对压缩机材料K21590钢力学性能的影响,并且结合SSCC应力腐蚀开裂试验和HIC氢致开裂试验选出最优的热处理工艺。试验结果表明,在同一回火温度下,K21590钢随着正火温度的升高,硬度增加;在同一正火温度下,K21590钢随着回火温度的升高,强度和硬度下降,塑性增加;K21590钢经过980℃正火处理+680℃回火处理后的力学性能可以满足技术标准的要求,并且符合SSCC应力腐蚀开裂试验和HIC氢致开裂试验的要求,可以在含湿H_2S介质环境中使用。从经济的角度考虑,K21590钢优化后的热处理工艺可以减少由于环境介质对材料的腐蚀破裂,延长零件的使用寿命,提高压缩机组的整体质量,避免了由于压缩机零件腐蚀破裂引起的经济损失。该技术在石化泵、核电和其他产品中也具有广泛的应用前景和非常可观的潜在经济效益。The effect of different heat treatment process on mechanical properties of K21590 steel were investigated in this paper and the optimal heat treatment process was selected through the mechanical properties results combined with SSCC stress corrosion cracking test and HIC hydrogen induced cracking test.The results showed that,at the same tempering temperature,the hardness of K21590 steel increased along with the normalizing temperature rising.At the same normalizing temperature,the strength and hardness of K21590 steel decreased with the tempering temperature rising,but the plasticity had opposite tendency.K21590 steel could meet the requirement of the technical standards,SSCC test and HIC test after normalizing at 980℃and tempering at 680℃,which proved this material could use in wet H2S environmental medium.Through the research and analysis on the mechanical properties,SSCC test and HIC test,the optimized heat treatment process was found out.This process could reduce the corrosion failure due to the environmental medium,and prolong the service life of the parts.
