彭阳县生态环境时空变化评价研究

摘　　要：彭阳县地处宁夏南部山区,水土流失严重,生态环境脆弱,自实施了退耕还林(草)工程、封山禁牧、小流域综合治理、坡改梯等生态恢复和建设项目以来,经过多年的生态建设,县域生态、经济和社会效应显著提高。为掌握彭阳县生态环境状况,更好地服务于县域生态文明建设,以彭阳县2010年、2014年遥感影像、土地利用和统计资料等为数据源,选取反映生态环境状况的生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化和环境质量等指标,构建彭阳县生态环境状况评价指标体系,采用专家打分法确定各指标权重,运用RS、GIS技术,对彭阳县12个乡镇2010年和2014年生态环境状况进行综合评价。结果表明:彭阳县各乡镇生态环境状况指数EI值处于60~76,生态环境状况整体良好,其中2014年古城镇EI值为75.28,生态环境状况为优,其他乡镇EI值在60~75,生态环境状况均为良;从空间分布看,位于彭阳县西南边缘的森林水源涵养区乡镇的生态环境状况好于其他三个生态建设分区的乡镇,位于台地旱作农业保护区、丘陵沟壑水土流失治理区和河谷残塬农业耕作区交错区的乡镇EI值相对较小;从各乡镇生态环境状况看,草庙乡EI值2010年为62.16,2014年为67.68,在所有乡镇中生态环境状况指数最低,而古城镇2010年EI值为68.53,2014年为75.28,生态环境状况指数最高;从时间变化看,与2010年相比,2014年彭阳县生态环境状况明显变好。Pengyang county is located in the mountainous area in the south of Ningxia province.The soil and water loss is serious and the ecological environment is fragile.Pengyang county began to implement the project of returning farmland to forest(grass)in 2000.Along with the implementation of the project,Pengyang county has made obvious ecological,economic and social effects.In order to grasp the ecological environment of Pengyang county,and better serve the county's ecological civilization construction,the ecological environment of Pengyang county was evaluated in this paper.Taking the remote sensing image data in 2010 and 2014 of Pengyang county,basic map and statistical data as the data source,the evaluation index system of Pengyang County is constructed by investigating the biological abundance index,vegetation coverage,network density,land degradation and environmental quality indicators,ecological and environmental conditions to reflect the situation of ecological environment.The expert scoring method and RS and GIS technology are used to determine the weight of each index of 12 townships in Pengyang county in 2010 and 2014.The results showed that:1)The EI value of the townships in Pengyang is between 60~76,which proves the ecological environment is good as a whole.Among them,the EI value of Gucheng Township in 2014 was 75.28,and the ecological environment condition was excellent.The EI value of other townships is between 60~75,and the ecological environment condition is good.2)From the spatial distribution,the ecological environment conditions are better in?the townships located in the southwest on the edge of the forest in Pengyang county than the other three ecological construction division of villages and towns.Then townships have small EI values are relatively which are located in the dry farmland protection area,the hilly gully soil and water conservation treatment area and the river valley residual agricultural cultivation area.3)In all townships,Cao Miao township’s ecological environment condition was th
