摘  要:CPT原子钟由于其体积小、重量轻、功耗低等优点,广泛应用于通信、导航及数据传输等领域。设计基于数字锁相倍频技术,采用锁相环芯片ADF4350,根据CPT铷原子钟的需求实现了一种中心频率为3 417 MHz的微波信号源。经测试,信号源电路尺寸为30 mm×30 mm,功耗小于150 m W,输出微波功率范围为(-20^-5)d Bm,输出信号相位噪声与理论分析相符,杂散抑制满足设计要求,可用于CPT铷原子钟。CPT atomic clock is widely used in communications,navigation,data transmission and many other fields for its small volume,light weight,low power and other advantages.This design implemented a microwave signal source with a central frequency of 3 417 MHz in accordance with the requirement to microwave signal of the passive CPT Rb atomic clock based on the digital PLL technology by using the ADF4350.The test results showed that the signal source with circuit area of 30 mm×30 mm and power less than 150 mW has a RF output power range of(-20^-5)dBm,and its phase noise and spurs is consistent with the theory.The signal source can meet the CPT Rb atomic clock’s requirement.
