摘　　要：通过对韶钢120 t钢水罐制作工艺的技术改进,有效满足了120 t钢水罐制作中焊缝质量要求,解决了耳轴对中和消除应力等技术难题,成功制作合格钢水罐,实现了此类备件自制,同时也对该类备件修复提供了很好的技术支撑.The improvement of the technology for manufacturing 120t steel ladle was conducted,which effectively met the requirement of welding quality of the welol seam,and solved the trunnion centring,stress elimination and other technical problems,this enables SGIS to produce their own spare parts and also to offer the technical support for repairing ladles of the same type.
