摘 要:针对前装直接式TPMS应用中各轮胎内部胎压传感器与胎压接收器匹配存在的时间地点受限、便利性差、成本高等问题,给出了一种可实现用户自主配置的胎压监测控制方法.该方法基于RKE遥控钥匙的便携性和方便性,将胎压传感器低频触发驱动电路集成到RKE钥匙中,实现了各轮胎传感器与胎压接收器的自主匹配,采用ASK低频触发与FSK高频收发双频段设计技术,通过CAN总线完成胎压监测信息在中控显示器的显示.工程实践证明,该控制方法在低频通信距离小于1米的情况下一次配对成功率大于90%,达到了设计要求.There are many problems such as limited time and location,poor convenience and high cost between the tire pressure sensor and tire pressure receiver in the matching application of front-loading TPMS.In this paper,a tire pressure monitoring and control method is presented to solve these problems,which can be used to configure the TPMS autonomously by users.Based on the portability and convenience of the RKE key,the low frequency trigger circuit of the tire pressure sensor is integrated into the key to realize the autonomous matching between the tire sensors and the tire pressure receiver.By using dual-band design technology of ASK low frequency triggering and FSK high frequency transceiving,the tire pressure monitoring information is displayed on the central control screen through the CAN bus.The test result shows that the success rate of this method is as high as 90%in the case of low frequency communication distance less than 1 meter,meeting the design requirements.
