针刺联合腹立通膏对腹部术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺联合腹立通膏对腹部术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院行腹部手术患者68例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34例,对照组予以常规西医处置,试验组在对照组的基础上给予针刺联合腹立通膏治疗方案。治疗结束后比较两组患者临床疗效、术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、胃肠激素测定以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者的临床症状均有所改善,胃肠激素测定明显变化,与对照组总有效率(64.71%)相比,试验组(85.29%)临床疗效较明显,胃肠激素测定变化显著(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者术后首次排气、排便时间较迅速,与对照组相比首次排气、排便时间明显缩短(P<0.05),且试验组患者48 h内排气、72 h排便的人数较多;两组患者不良反应率相似(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合腹立通膏对腹部术后胃肠道功能恢复具有显著的治疗作用,可以促进胃肠内气体排泄通畅,保证食物的正常摄取以及营养的正常代谢。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Fulitong paste on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.Methods:68 patients with abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34);the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Fulitong paste.The clinical efficacy,first-time post-operative flatus,first-time post-operative defecation,gastrointestinal hormone and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the clinical total efficacy was 85.29%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 64.71%in the control group(P<0.05).The changes of gastrointestinal hormone changed greatly after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).First-time post-operative flatus and defecation were earlier in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 48 h and 72 h,flatus and defecation times were more in the observation group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of adverse reaction rates(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Fulitong paste has a significant therapeutic effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery,it can promote gas drainage,ensure the normal food intake and the normal metabolism of nutrients.
