热敏灸配合刺络放血疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗干预

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸配合刺络放血疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各125例。治疗组采用热敏灸配合刺络放血综合疗法治疗,对照组采用常规针灸治疗,对比观察治疗后患者头晕等临床症状和椎-基底动脉供血的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.60%,明显高于对照组的80.80%(P<0.05),并且在提高主观症状积分及改善椎基底动脉供血等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸、刺络放血综合疗法对改善椎-基底动脉供血、缓解椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状、提高患者生活质量有积极的临床意义,且本方法系统、安全、有效,适宜推广。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the comprehensive therapy of thermal moxibustion and bloodletting in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(VACS).Methods:VACS patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=125)and the control group(n=125).Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive therapy of thermal moxibustion and bloodletting,and patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.Clinical symptoms,such as dizziness,and the improvement of vertebro-basilar blood supply were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.60%,which was significantly higher than 80.80%of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of improving subjective symptoms and improving the situation of vertebro-basilar blood supply,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of thermal moxibustion and bloodletting has positive clinical significance in improving vertebro-basilar arterial blood supply,alleviating clinical symptoms and improving life quality of the VASC patients.This therapy is systematic,safe and effective,which is worth clinical promotion.
