摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合醒脑开窍汤对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的影响。方法:将我院收治的急性脑梗死患者68例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各34例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针灸联合醒脑开窍汤治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果:经治疗两组患者神经功能缺损情况均有所改善,血清IL-6、IL-8,TNF-α均有所降低;与对照组相比,治疗组患者神经功能缺损和血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α降低更为明显,临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合醒脑开窍汤对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的治疗取得良好的临床疗效,具有减轻炎症反应、改善神经功能损伤程度的作用。Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction on neurological deficit and serum IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αin patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and the treatment group(n=34).The control group was given routine western medical treatment;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction.Clinical efficacy,changes of serum indexes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after the four weeks of the treatment.Results:The neurological deficit was improved,serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αwere decreased after the treatment in the two groups,of which the treatment group improved more with higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction has good curative effect on neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction,it can relieve inflammation and improve nerve function.
