穴位埋线对子宫内膜异位症性痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线对子宫内膜异位症性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的患者72例,随机分成穴位埋线组和针刺组,每组各36例。穴位埋线组选取血海、三阴交、地机、子宫和关元进行埋线治疗,每2周1次,连续治疗6次;针刺组选取与穴位埋线组相同的穴位,每周针刺3次,每次留针30 min,连续治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后及治疗结束1个月经周期后的经期最痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分及血清前列腺素水平。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前后经期最痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分及血清前列腺素水平组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),随访后穴位埋线组的经期最痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分及血清前列腺素水平与针刺组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法均能改善子宫内膜异位症性痛经情况,但远期效果穴位埋线优于针刺。Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding treating dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis.Methods:72 cases were randomized into the acupoint catgut embedding group(n=36)and the acupuncture group(n=36).In the catgut embedding group,acupoints chosen were SP10,SP6,SP8,EX-CA1,and CV4,the treatment was once every two weeks for six times.In the acupuncture group,the conventional acupuncture was applied to the same acupoints,the treatment was three times every week for 12 weeks.Scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom,and serum levels of PG were observed before and after the treatment,as well as during one month follow-up in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of the total efficacy(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom,and the serum levels of PG were significantly changed in the both groups(P<0.01).During the follow-up,the scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom,and the serum levels of PG in the acupoint catgut embedding group were significantly different from those in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).
