贺氏温通法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察贺氏温通法火针与普通针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,对火针操作结合针刀理论进行研究。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者分成两组,应用温通组(火针治疗组)40例采用贺氏火针按针刀医学网眼理论松解局部位置治疗,对照组(针刺组)40例采用普通毫针常规治疗,治疗的前后通过JOA评分和肌电图对患者的临床情况进行对比评价。结果:温通组和对照组的患者JOA评分和肌电图治疗前后对比均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温通法结合针刀理论治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有优势,能够改变局部病理因素影响,防止复发,达到标本同治的目的。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fire-needling and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),to explore the theory of the combination of fire-needling and acupotomy.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the Wen-tong group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The Wen-tong group was treated with fire-needling(guided by HE’s Wen-Tong theory)combined with acupotomy,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.JOA score and electromyogram were used to evaluate clinical effect.Results:Score of JOA and function of sciatic nerve conduction were significantly improved after the treatment in the both groups compared to those before the treatment(P<0.05).There were remarkable electromyogram changes in the Wen-tong group after the treatment compared to that before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:HE’s fire-needling therapy combined with acupotomy has an obvious advantage in treating LDH.The therapy can regulate the pathological factors and prevent recurrence,treating both cause and symptoms of the disease.
