摘　　要：随着环保要求的不断加强,MTBE硫含量指标更为严格。本文研究了导致MTBE产品硫含量高的各种因素,通过对各种降硫工艺条件的综合分析,明确了萃取蒸馏、深度络合两种脱硫工艺的利弊,提出了适于不同工况的可行的MTBE深度脱硫技术方案。With the increasing requirements of environmental protection,the sulfur content index of MTBE is more stringent.This paper studies various factors that lead to high sulfur content in MTBE products.Through the comprehensive analysis of various sulfur reduction process conditions,the advantages and disadvantages of extractive distillation and deep complexation two kinds of desulphurization processes were clarified.A feasible MTBE deep desulphurization technology scheme suitable for different working conditions was put forward.
