摘　　要：本文针对变电所运维管理标准化的现实需要,首先明确了220kV变电所运维管理"样板化"建设的必要性。其次,分析研究了220kV变电所运维管理"样板化"建设体系内容,形成了一套统一的变电站运维管理"样板化"管理规范,从八大方面详细阐述220kV变电所运维管理"样板化"建设的规范模式,并编制积极推广220kV变电所"样板化"应用手册,最终取得了显著地成效。Aiming at the practical needs of the substation operation management standardization,It is firstly cleared the necessity of the construction of 220kV substation operation and maintenance management“boilerplate”in this article.Secondly,it is analyzed the content system construction of the 220kV substation operation and maintenance management“boilerplate”,forming of a unified set of management practices of substation operation and maintenance management“boilerplate”,elaborated the canonical mode of 220kV substation operation and maintenance management“boilerplate”construction from eight aspects detailedly,and it is actively promoted the preparation of 220kV substation“boilerplate”application,finally achieving a significant result.
